Mauser-style Action

3/4 view with cantilevered scope rail. The aluminum bedding block/bottom metal is also visible.
 Close-up of the non-rotating extractor.
Rear view showing the 2-position safety (seen in the "fire" position).
Wider view showing the angular underside. This profile was modeled off the AICS, so this action should fit that stock. The only possible change is to widen the action screw holes (action screws are 5/32").

This is my idea for a Mauser-style bolt action. The external styling is somewhat similar to the M1917 Enfield. My action retains the external, non-rotating extractor from the Mauser. The blade ejector has been moved to 45 degrees down, so as not to cut the left locking lug in half.
